Clinique Sued Over Probiotic Claims

Plaintiffs notes the formulas don't contain live probiotics.

A lawsuit filed in New York accuses Clinique of false advertising claims regarding its probiotic formulas. The plaintiff, Dalit Cohen, said Clinique has “falsely advertised that the product purportedly contained ‘probiotic technology.’”  The class action lawsuit contends that Cohen, along with other customers, would not have paid extra for Clinique skin care products or could have opted out of purchasing a Clinique product altogether have they known that the products did not contain any live ...
